Looking to get buff this summer? Well this would be a good place to start :-) For Sale BodyMax Weights Bench Physionics Squat Racks Barbell - spinlock EZ Curl Bar - spinlock Barbell Pad 112kg of Bodymax cast iron weights - made up of 2*20kg 2*10kg 4*5kg 8*2.5kg 8*1.25kg 4*0.5kg Bought the equipment less than a year ago to work on basic compound lifts. I didn't want to join a gym at the time, as for me it was much easier to get out of bed in the morning and work on weights that were in the next room rather than commute to the gym. At the time all people were selling on Greatbritainlisted was the really cheap flimsy benches out of Argos - so decided to purchase some of my own equipment. I'm now only a few kilos from benching my bodyweight, which I am super happy about. I now need to sell the equipment as I have my first child on the way in a few months - otherwise I wouldn't be selling. If you are a seasoned weightlifter then you'll know that this is a good deal.
