Jimmy Moon Standard Mandolin w/ Fishman M100 pick-up - barely touched, excellent condition! in Southside, Durham for sale

A beautiful Jimmy Moon hand-made in scotland standard mandolin with a Fishman M100 pick-up, a brand new set of Elixir strings & a simple soft case. These mandolins seem to be rarely sold second-hand and you’ll be hard pushed to find anything like it having sold on Greatbritainlisted or the like. Because of this I had to seek advice over email from the Jimmy Moon workshop itself on what price to sell the mandolin on (liaised with Joan Moon). Joan also kindly advised this particular mandolin was built in June 2007 and that brand new equivalents are £910. The instrument has barely been touched in all the time I’ve owned it (you can tell by the pics) and aside from one minor scuff on the neck, it honestly looks like new. I can only ever remember it being used once by a friend to play one song at a wedding ceremony. My parents generously gifted this to me, but I have just never really warmed to the sound of the mandolin or taken to playing it. I have clung on to it so far for guilt-stricken/sentimental reasons, but feel forced to sell it now to afford other more wanted music gear. It deserves a far more meaningful musical home than my own!
