Toshiba 40" LCD TV 40L1353B for Spares/Repairs. TV isn't showing picture properly sound is fine however. When shining a light through the back of the TV the image can be seen so it is displaying the image however it is not fully visible, this seems be a back-light issue, should be an easy fix for those that know what they are doing.
